Jack-up Rig Agency


Blue Water has been appointed agent, via Semco Maritime, in connection with the Jack-up Rig "Galaxy III" calling at Esbjerg in early July 2008.


The large jack-up rig, from Transocea / Global Santa Fe, is expected to stay in Esbjerg for 24 days for inspection of the legs, general refurbishment and a huge upgrade of the accommondation module. The rig weighs approx. 26.000 tons and the hull is approx. 74 metres wide and 76 metres long.

Blue Water Agency, Stevedoring and Terminal will be involved in the project.
